• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Eligibility: Due to the nature of fragrances, returns are generally only accepted for manufacture Sealed Packging 

• Exclusions: Sale items, samples, posters, and apparel are non-refundable. Only 50ml and 100ml bottles are considered for returns.

• Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. ¹
